In his position as Vice President of Operations, Joe manages logistics and key vendor relationships for BOTANILINE® In 2012, Joe and co-founder Dean O’Brien, invented and commercialized the breakthrough food technology used in the all-natural ingredient.
Prior to his role at Botaniline, Joe successfully launched Fortunati Foods International (FFI) and positioned the company as a boutique food marketing and gourmet dessert manufacturer. FFI clients included marquee brands such as Target, Toys “R” Us, Disney, Walmart-Canada, Sysco, Kehe, Loblaw Brands, and Sobeys.
In 2013, Joe merged Fortunati Foods International with Skinny’s Best LLC, later branded as BOTANILINE, in order to develop and market new, innovative food products for commercial and retail clients.
Joe joined the College of Business Administration faculty at Rider University in 1995 and today serves as Adjunct Professor of Finance, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in finance, management, and economics.
Joe received his undergraduate degree from Trenton State College and his MBA in Finance from Philadelphia University.
