As Director of Marketing and Business Development, Heather is responsible for developing the comprehensive and strategic marketing plan and brand identity for Botaniline. She oversees the implementation of the marketing strategy including the development of innovative advertising, public relations, and social media initiatives. Heather manages the marketing process from research and planning to execution and analysis.
Heather began her career in 2006 as an Advertising Coordinator at LocalNet Corp. In 2008, she joined Tops Markets, a full-service grocery retailer in upstate New York, northern Pennsylvania, and western Vermont. At TOPS, she was the Print Media planner and buyer for weekly circular and newspaper advertising before her promotion to Media and Sales Development Specialist in 2011. Heather was responsible for media contract negotiations, managing the development and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives, and developing and managing revenue generating advertising media programs.
Heather graduated from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a concentration in Marketing & Advertising and a certification in Integrated Marketing. In 2012, she received certifications from Canisius College in Women’s Leadership and from TOPS School of Business.
